Direct from the Rumor Mill -- A new shopping center called Kenosha Commercial Center will be under construction very soon in the space between Bretton Woods and Red Robin.  The retail space will have room for three national restaurants -- Pei Wei being confirmed as one.  Kenosha Commercial Center is scheduled to open in January of 2006.
The "contacts" screen has been updated with the latest e-mail address for our Homeowner's Management Company.  We welcome any questions or comments you may have.  Please e-mail us.

REMINDER -- The neighborhood garage sale is this Saturday!  We have placed an ad in Friday and Saturday's Tulsa World.  We have not stated a start and end time, but did state this is a "Saturday only" garage sale.  Please take this opportunity to sell some things you have not used in the last three years, and earn a little "spending cash" as well.  Best of luck to everyone!

NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE -- We have again scheduled our annual garage sale for the weekend before Memorail Day weekend.  The date will be Saturday, May 21st.  We plan to have it this same weekend every year going forward.  We will again advertise the neighborhood garage sale in the Tusa World and will hang banners on our perimeter fencing.

EASTER EGG HUNT -- This year's Easter Egg Hunt will be March 19th at 9 AM in the reserve area on Elgin.  We will have candy filled plastic eggs, and prizes for kids of all ages.  Please join us for the fun!

Garnett Street Improvement Update -- The estimated completion date is now early August.  Garnett will be open to 2-lane traffic in about 3 weeks, then 81st Street will be closed at that time.  The city will be removing the full length of our sidewalk along Garnett to install new storm water pipes.
