We are excited to annouce that we have hired a new landscape company to take care of Bretton Woods common areas.
Sarting on March 1, 2011, Professional Grounds Management Corporation (PGMC) will be taking care of most our maintnance needs.

City of B.A. Police and Helpful Numbers: Click Here
During our 2010 Annual meeting, Lisa Ford (City of BA Crime Prevention Specialist) spoke extensively about the crime activity in the neighborhood during the year 2010. She encouraged neighbors to call the non-emergency police number with any concerns they might have about goings on in the neighborhood. She handed out pamphlets and contact information on Broken Arrow numbers to call in case help is needed.

Dues Increase & Budget Review
During our 2010 Annual Meeting, the 2011 budget was reviewed & explained why the board is increasing dues this year. Mostly due to the hire of  Knight Watchmen Security to patrol our neighborhood. Since dues have never been increased since the neighborhood was built & prices have increased over the last ten years, it is time to increase the dues to keep up with inflation & provide services for the neighborhood.
