Covenants Survey
It has come to our attention that many Bretton Woods residents wish to amend our existing covenants.  Since a covenant amendment requires 75% of the residents to agree, we would like to get your input on the following issues.  Please note, this is not a vote to change the covenants.  Rather, we are interested in hearing your thoughts at this time.
