Community and web site description.
Bretton Woods is a family-oriented community of 168 homes nestled among the trees of a greenbelt.  Moore Elementary borders a good portion of our community, and is one of Union's newest schools.  We enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while being located within two miles of Oklahoma's best shopping.

Bretton Woods Homeowners Association governs and maintains the business, affairs, and property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values in Bretton Woods.  The Association maintains the landscaping and maintenance of common areas, including the greenbelt.  This community seeks to provide a quality environment for all residents and a safe and friendly place for families to live.

Bretton Woods Homeowners Association is formed of three committees and a
Board Of Directors, who are homeowners elected by the voting members. The Board of Directors is given its power through the community documents, which include the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the Articles of Incorporation, and the By Laws.  These documents give the Board the power to adopt, amend, and repeal policies and procedures as it deems necessary.

Bretton Woods is a not for profit association with an annual budget of approximately $25,000.  Our income is collected through assessments charged our homeowners.  Every year a budget is established for the next year to cover the projected expenses involved in maintaining the commonly owned landscaped areas, and administrative functions.
